RAVENA SWIM CLUB ACCEPTS LONG COURSE REGISTRATIONS CONTINOUSLY THROUGH OUT THE LONG COURSE SEASON

LONG COURSE/SUMMER PROGRAM:

We are offering a Long Course/Summer Program(combined into one season) from April 21, 2010 thru August 7, 2010. We are now accepting registrations for Long Course/Summer Program. See registration procedures below on to register for existing team members and new team members.

If you have never swam for the Ravena Swim Club, please see the registration procedures below.

Team Fees

• $250.00 per swimmer for the full Long Course/Summer Program Season(April 2010 - August 2010)
• VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT - $50.00 per family fee in addition to the $250.00 per swimmer fee. Once the requirements for volunteering at team run fundraisers has been completed, members will receive their $50.00 check back. If members do not volunteer at a team designated fundraiser, the $50.00 fee will be kept by the team. Registrations are not accepted unless this $50.00 fee is included.
• Please note, the swimmer will not be able to start practice until four days after the receipt of the team fee, volunteer deposit and registration paperwork.
• NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

Registration Procedures for current members:

1. Current team members registered for the Short Course and Long Couse season for 2009-2010 has already received a registration packet in the mail.
2. Please fill out form for each swimmer and return with per swimmer team fee as noted in the team letter prior to the due date on your registration packet.
3. Please ensure that you read the team policies that will be included in your team registration packet.
4. Please note that any registrations for current members( member during the last short course and last year long course season) received after April 7, 2010 will be assesed a late registration fee of $25.00.

Registration Procedures for new members:

1. If you are not currently a member of the Ravena Swim Club, call Coach Burns at 694-3764 to discuss your swimmer joining the Ravena Swim Club. After you have talked to Coach Burns, please print a copy of the Registration form using the link at the top of the screen. Fill out the form, enclose a copy of the swimmer's birth certificate, enclose a check to the Ravena Swim Club, Inc. and send to:

2. In Person Registration(Please Call Coach Burns, we continuously accept team registrations after in person registration)

• Please print out a copy of the Ravena Swim Club Registration form using the link above. We will have copies for in person registration.
• Please bring a copy of the swimmers birth certificate if you haven't provided one before.
• Please make seperate checks out to the Ravena Swim Club, Inc for the Team Fee and Volunteer Deposit as noted under the Team Fee section of this screen. Will accept cash, but checks preferred.
• If you didn't make the in person registration on April 19,2010, please contact Coach Dave Burns to make alternate arrangements to register. Please note, the swimmer will not be able to start practice until four days after the receipt of the team fee and registration paperwork.
