Learn forward and backward approaches; front, back, inward, reverse, and twisting dives

 

Coaches; Lori Houghtaling and David Burns

No experience required-beginners welcome

 

Practices Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 6:00pm. If your swimmers attend dive practice, your swimmer must attend swim practice.If your swimmer chooses not to attend practice after diving practice, they will be suspended from diving for one week.

 

Must be registered with aau sports (see below for details), diving link to be coming soon to the Ravenaswimclub.com website

Need to be a registered Swimmer with RAVE swim club and actively attend swim practices.  If your swimmer attends the Wednesday Diving practice, they must attend the Wednesday swimming practice

Must print out and bring membership card copy to first practice to be allowed to dive.
